🏦 Salary & Benefits

IT professionals in Germany earn €55,000–€90,000 gross/year. Add full health insurance, 30 days paid leave, and strong workers' rights. The EU Blue Card opens the path to permanent residency after 27 months.

Many Mittelstand IT teams work in English. German skills are a strong plus – we provide 2× weekly German lessons starting before you arrive, so you feel confident from day one.
